Photoshop

The goal of this assignment was trying to convert a normal self portrait into a sketch. This assignment wasn't that hard to do because I followed along with the video that was provided. The steps were basically making copies of the image every time I added a filter or changed something like the saturation from the image in the photoshop app. The things I did was change the blend mode to "Color Dodge", convert the image into a smart image, apply a "Gaussian Blur" filter, added a level adjustment layer, changed the blend mode to "Color", turned off the fill layer, added a gradient filler layer and finally changed the blend mode back to "Color."

These pictures were fun and easy to create coming from someone who hasn't used any photoshop app at all. I learned a lot in this assignment on how to change the appearance of an image and make it look like a sketch.
